Last Minute Birthday Vanilla Cake.

This morning I got a message from one of my customer: " We have a birthday party tomorrow and our cake is canceled at the last minute, Birthday is starting at 5 pm and we are very stresed. Please, can you help us?" I phoned her and I promised to make an amazing birthday vanilla cake. Below I'll show you how I made 9" vanilla cake decorated with buttercream roses.
Ingredients 
6 eggs room temperature 
2 cup of sugar
10 gr vanilla
3 stick of butter
3 cup of flour
11/2 cup of milk room temperature
1 tbs baking powder 
11/2 tsp salt
2 pan 9"
Step 1 - Preparation of the vanilla cake
Mix eggs and sugar to the medium speed for 3-4 minutes.In the slow speed add melted and cold butter, cold milk, vanilla,and all dry ingredients, one by one. (No over mix)  Oven 350 F, for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2 Decoration
Ingredients 
1 lb butter
2 lb powder sugar 
10 gr vanilla
20 gr milk
20 gr whipping cream
Mix with medium speed butter for 8 minutes, add vanilla, 1/2 powder sugar, milk, and add another 1/2 powder sugar and whipping cream. Mixing together until to be fluffy.

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS RECIPE - CupcakesbyViola

Blueberries muffins it's a good start for your summer day. Below, I'll show you all the steps how to make it. Enjoy!

Ingredients 
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1 teaspoon kosher salt 
2 cups buttermilk, shaken 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest 
2 extra-large eggs, lightly beaten 
2 cups fresh blueberries (2 half-pints) 


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
Line muffin tins with paper liners. 
Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl and mix together. In a separate bowl, mix together the buttermilk, butter, lemon zest, and eggs. 
Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix with a fork just until blended. Fold the blueberries into the batter. Don't over mix! With a standard (2 1/4-inch) ice-cream scoop or large spoon, scoop the batter into the prepared cups, filling them almost full. 


Bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Easy Chocolate Cookies Decoration Recipe

 

A delicious recipe and a great treat to serve with coffee.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Prepare large baking sheet by lining with parchment, baking mat, or with butter and flour.
  2. In a bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer beat together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until combined well. Add vanilla extract and combine well.
  4. Stir in flour mixture to form a stiff dough. Mix in chocolate chips until combined.
  5. Divide dough in half. Flour hands and form dough into two slightly flattened logs on prepared baking sheets, each approximately 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until slightly firm to the touch. Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes.
  7. Decorate with Royal Icing.
  8. Store in airtight containers up to 1 week. Cookies may be kept wrapped in freezer safe plastic wrap and frozen up to a month.
